DISH & DINE @ Ferrin Gallery with Bascom Lodge's Chef John Dudek

This is the second in a series of evening dinners in the gallery pairing local food with local artists.

DINE: meal prepared by Chef John Dudek from BASCOM LODGE featuring a menu from locally grown produce.

DISH: dinnerware by MARY ANNE DAVIS.

DISCUSSION: VEN VOISEY, Artist in Residence at Berkshire Museum and STUART CHASE Berkshire Museum, Executive Director, and PETER DUDEK, Bascom Lodge Program Director discuss artist residencies in The Berkshires and the region.

MENU:

Bruschetta w/grilled asparagus, red onions, basil and Old Chatham camembert.

Shrimp à ì Américaine w/ shallots, tomato, tarragon, chervil and white wine.
